Brigadier General Folkestad visited the Technical Workshop for Ammunition Repair and Destruction (TROM) Doboj and thanked the people who have a responsible and difficult task important for public safety, and include testing and destruction of old, often corroded and unstable ammunition.
- NATO is one of the organizations that provided support for the destruction of almost 27,000 tons of ammunition and explosives in B&amp;H, but much remains to be done. High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina Christian Schmidt will address deputies of the House of Representatives of the B&amp;H Parliamentary Assembly on Thursday, October 28.

This judicial institution, as it was officially announced, formed a case on April 5, which refers to a letter from a KCUS doctors about the use of imported Chinese ventilators in this clinical center and other problems in the functioning of the Covid department.

Since then, testimonies have been given by 17 anesthesiologists who have signed a letter indicating that ACM 812A ventilators, imported from China by the company "Silver Raspberry", used in KCUS, cannot be used for a specific respiratory pathological condition Covid patients.
The SC Prosecutor's Office then began to investigate whether there were serious consequences for the health and lives of patients treated at the KCUS, as well as other problems in the functioning of the Covid department. However, four months ago, the SC Prosecutor's Office confirmed to us that Sebija Izetbegović, Director General of KCUS, and Amela Katica-Mulalić, Head of the Clinic for Anesthesiology of this health institution, did not give testimony.
To this day, the Prosecution persistently remains silent. Izetbegović and Katica-Mulalić, along with Nermin Granov, were the key persons who made decisions on the treatment of patients in the Covid wards, which was also pointed out in the letter by anesthesiologists. It is increasingly certain that Sebija Izetbegović will (not) go to the Prosecutor's Office. But the question is by whose decision.

Recently, three criminal charges were filed with the SC Prosecutor's Office against Izetbegović and Katica-Mulalić for negligence, as stated, in the treatment of patients Sead Palić and Atif Hota, who died in KCUS. These reports were filed by lawyer Damir Koldžo.
Members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) recently, according to the order of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo, seized documentation on the treatment of all patients in the KCUS. The exemption of documentation lasted for almost four months. The question is what the SC Prosecutor's Office is waiting for with key actors. Especially since the doctors gave testimonies.

It is not yet known whether the complete documentation related to the allegations of family members that this health institution falsified the documentation of deceased patients with the aim of concealing the truth about the manner of their death was excluded from the KCUS. The question is why the SC Prosecutor's Office did not immediately remove all documentation from the Covid department on oxygen and installation problems in April. Only recently was the server with data on all patients excluded.

Izetbegović and Zvizdić remind that the EU and the United States are among the signatories of the Dayton Agreement and that they have the obligation to react in case of violation of its provisions, and that, concrete activities are expected that would confirm support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of B&amp;H.
- Any calculation and postponement of a concrete reaction has a stimulating effect on those who seek to dismantle the Dayton Peace Agreement, and thus endanger peace and stability in B&amp;H, the region, and even in the rest of the European continent.
Only with a joint decisive reaction, us in B&amp;H, the EU and the USA, and other guarantors-witnesses of the signatories of the Dayton Peace Agreement, we will be able to stop the catastrophic consequences that would arise as a result of threats from Dodik's political followers from the entity of RS.
An alternative to that is the collapse of the Dayton Peace Agreement, and thus peace in B&amp;H. We must prevent this scenario by all means - it is stated in the letter, among other things.&nbsp;

- Improvised, illegal migrant camps, which currently house several hundred migrants, are primarily a problem due to inadequate living conditions and accommodation for these people. It is inadmissible for families with children to stay in the open air on these cold days.
People from the largest such camp in Velika Kladuša have already been relocated to official camps and humane conditions on three occasions, but most of them returned to that location on their own initiative due to the proximity of the border with the Republic of Croatia.
We also have the problem of uncoordinated actions of certain international organizations, which completely independently, practically keep such camps alive. Their activities are not coordinated with the Red Cross, the International Organization for Migration (IOM), or local and state authorities - explained the Prime Minister of the USC Mustafa Ružnić.
The problem in the area of ​​Bihać should be solved with the recent opening of the Migrant Center "Lipa", and today it was requested that migrants from public areas in Velika Kladuša be relocated to the center Ušivak in Sarajevo.
- The problem of electricity supply at the Lipa campsite should be completed in two weeks, which will create all the preconditions for opening an accommodation center for 1,500 people. We have also been informed that there are more than 400 available beds at the Ušivak center, so we are asking for help and relocation of people from Velika Kladuša to that camp - Ružnić added.
The problem of financing the field engagement of police officers in the situation with migrants has also been raised, given that so far everything has been exclusively at the expense of the cantonal budget.
- We can no longer bear the cost of all field services of our police officers alone. Earlier, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), UNHCR and other international organizations, but the costs of all services are still exclusively a burden on our budget. Today, we have clearly said that if this unfair approach and distribution of funds does not change, the USC MoI will no longer provide services other than mandatory interventions as of November 1 - said the Prime Minister of the Una-Sana Canton.
It was also confirmed that the number of service users in the temporary reception center "Miral" in Velika Kladuša has been reduced to 380, and that the authorities are working towards shutting down this center completely.

UK petrol prices hit record high

Amid growing concerns over rising COVID-19 cases in the region, Asian markets closed Monday with mixed figures.

Investors focused on companies' third quarter financial results this week, while China is expected to ease accessing finance due to the underperformer GDP figures, 4.9% in the third quarter versus expectations at 5.2%.
The Asia Dow, which includes blue-chip companies in the region, lost 5.86 points, or 0.15%, to close at nearly 3,924 points.
Tokyo's Nikkei 225 stock exchange was also down 204.44 points, or 0.71%, to 28,600.
The Hang Seng, the benchmark for blue-chip stocks trading on the Hong Kong stock exchange, saw a slight increase of 5.1 points, or 0.02%, to 26,132.
China's Shanghai stock exchange was down by 27.26 points, or 0.76%, to reach 3,609 points and the Indian Sensex benchmark saw an increase of 153.62 points, or 0.25%, to close at 60,975 points.
The Singapore index decreased by 3.37 points, or 0.11%, to reach 3,201.

The STOXX Europe 600, which includes around 90% of the market capitalization of the European market in 17 countries, was flat at the midday of the first transaction day of the week at 471.90 points as of 0933GMT.

London's FTSE 100 increased 36.69 points, or 0.51%, to 7,241 points, and Germany's DAX index reached 15,567 points, up by 24.27 points or 0.16%.
The French CAC 40 lost 7.7 points, or 0.11%, to 6,725 points, while Italy's FTSE MIB posted an increase of 117.04 points, or 0.44%, to 26,688 points. 
Spain's IBEX 35 also dropped by 0.9 points, or 0.01%, to 8,905 points.
